Audocs system provides this Privacy Policy for all users of any Audocs System or Service, including our X925 server. This includes all functions, policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information received from users of any of our websites, located on any Audio Documents Inc. “Audocs" (“Site” ) or collected through our asset and content distribution service, including any social networking sites, SMS, WAP and Instant Messaging (“Service”).

Our primary goals in collecting personally identifiable information are to provide users with the product and services made available through our Audocs System, Service and Sites and X925 Server. As a global registrar, Audio Documents Inc. may hosts sites whom adhere to their own polices and procedures. Audocs System and Service based programs keep a log for incident reporting. This includes top level domains and databases or email software. When any user interacts with Audocs System and Services or the X925 server, our servers (x925.) automatically records information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). It is not the policy of Audio Documents Inc. to track or in some cases report the domain from which you may have visiting, the web-pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click.

Audio Documents Inc. does not sell advertisement clicks of visitors or users of the system. Static IP addresses will not interfere with login to Audocs System and Services. Unless it has been found that a user from a certain set of IP addresses or particular address has acted maliciously. To insure the integrity of the X925 system. Audio Documents Inc., employees, technicians and programs may lock out any malicious user, program or datasets. If a user is locked out by mistake, please contact us to help resolve any barriers. Our system of services and  site technical administration will provide detail information to help resolve any mistakes.

Audio Documents Inc. may associate user IP address(s) with any other personally identifiable information to identify you personally in the case of violation of the Terms of Service or malicious activity meant to harm the Audocs System or Service, by reverse engineering, leaching or other inappropriate activities.

Audocs System and Services or Sites and tools are professional based tools. It is not directed to persons under 13 or in general non-profesonals. With exception, some minors may have the technical skills and professionalism to enjoy Audocs System and Services. If a parent or guardian becomes aware of his or her wards activity or that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info at audocs dot com.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 (without work permit). If we become aware that a child under 13, without work permit or falsely has provided us with personal identifiable Information, we will delete such information from our files.
